Gary Jackson of Vopak will present data from the TCEQ Emissions Inventory and the EPA Toxics Release Inventory. Most DPCAC plants must file these annually with these agencies. (Companies take turns presenting the report.)
The DPCAC list will receive an Orientation to the Annual Report on Emissions for those who need background about these inventories, where emissions come from, why these pollutants are regulated, acronyms, and more.
Members and other attendees will receive a “full presentation” before the meeting. A streamlined version will be made at the meeting. The “full presentation” contains more detailed explanations of plant emission changes from last year to this.
